Rachael Kohn: You were talking today about prana as sustaining vitality, but also as initiating healing, I suppose as stimulating healing, but then of course there’s the thing that is the most spiritual of these, which is to gain enlightenment. Not to mention, you’ll develop outrageous core strength and muscle stamina.

It’s well-known they get to the end of their strength and then from that point they will all tell you that they complete the race, they complete the event on willpower. Or we can on the opposite end of the spectrum, learn how to meditate, to calm heart and mind, to rid ourselves of negation emotionally and mentally, and begin finding within us a wellspring of truth and peace. And so rather than being able to actually study them and see them, because when you get to quantum and sub-quantum levels of creation, you’re not able to actually observe things like science wants to do, you can only observe the effects.
